Extricko Technology

We have developed a scientific breakthrough based on green chemistry and biotechnologies that allows us to break down and recover every single component of technical textiles and composites, enabling all materials to be reused without waste. We have proven it works, and it has the potential to become the new industry standard for sustainable material recovery.

Our Extricko technologies are built around a modified pressolysis system to efficiently recycle complex materials. This superheated steam “pressolysis” technology is a unique solution that operates without organic solvents, can be customized for specific plastics, and runs at a lower carbon footprint compared to traditional methods like pyrolysis or incineration. Capable of processing up to 99.9% of technical textiles and composites, it sets a new benchmark for clean, scalable recycling.

The Future in a Container

To bring this revolutionary technology closer to manufacturers and recyclers, we are designing our Extricko system to be fully containerized. By integrating the entire recycling process into a modular container unit, we can deploy sustainable waste recovery directly to where it's needed most—whether it's a manufacturing site, an industrial facility, or a recycling hub. This approach minimizes transportation costs, reduces emissions, and enables on-site processing, turning waste into reusable materials right at the source. Our containerized solution is scalable, energy-efficient, and poised to transform the recycling of technical textiles, composites, and beyond.
